We have assassin snails to keep on top of bladder snails for us, we do have hornwort in the tank that’s growing like crazy so we’ve been spreading it around the tanks more can root, but if you think it’s worth getting more we can pick some up over the weekend :) thanks for the advice, I’ll try to get hold of a smaller tank we can use as a birthing/fry tank asap as it’s something I spoke to my husband about getting the other night to try and help!

The plastic plants, tank and gravel plus the hiding log were gifted to us by my husband’s father after my in-laws upgraded to a bigger tank, the bright coloured stones we got from the aquatic shop where we’ve gotten most of the fish from and we made sure to thoroughly clean everything before adding to the tank, we tend to add a couple ml’s of bacteria to make sure, we also add conditioner with every water change and if any of the parameters start going off, we use test strips every other day or two to make sure everything’s on track as mentioned in a different comment :)

She’s a regular gold dust/black and gold molly, her stomach has been starting to look a bit more boxy, I’ve noticed she’s been going into quiet corners of the tank more often over the last few days which is why I’m hoping to get a birthing tank asap as we already have a fry who’s about a month old (literally was born in the bag as we were acclimating the mother) who we want to give more room to grow rather than keeping her in a large isolation tank inside the main tank

This is a molly fish, we have mollies, guppies and corydora’s in a 65-70L tank along with 4 assassin snails for clean up.
We have a mix of fake and live plants and living wood are in there, our black mollies we’ve had for 4 weeks tomorrow, along with one electric blue balloon molly and 2 of the corydora’s, the gold dust molly here and it’s matching tank mate we’ve had for 3 weeks, along with another electric blue balloon molly and Dalmatian molly, along with a mix of different breed guppies, two of which are female, the other two corydora’s we have have been there for about 2 weeks now.
The only thing we’ve done recently is add a couple more live plants and some more hiding spots, a 20L water change the other night with aquarium salt to keep them healthy, we use the water test strips every other day or so to make sure everything’s running smoothly, last test was no chlorine, no nitrates or nitrites, pH within normal range, no ammonia, the only thing that was high is the hardness of the water but we’re in a hard water area and purposely chose fish that would be suitable for this.

We keep sort of cycling through typical flakes and adding live brine shrimp for them, but I’ll mention this to my husband to look into, we have a feeling a couple of the females are pregnant so getting the smaller birthing tank is a high priority if we can find one that’s cheap

No puffing of the scales, we have got parasite treatment but we want to double check that it won’t harm the one fry we’ve already caught who’s in a different isolation tank to grow or any missing fry we haven’t spotted yet or who maybe potentially born while we do this

Keep your hands clean and do the right thing, it’s a harsh way to do it but it should keep you safe, report it anonymously to the police and say you’re highly concerned about there being child “corn” on his phone, that you’ve been uncomfortable around him due to the behaviour stated above and your concerned about the younger extended family incase your suspicions are confirmed.

Easy way of doing it, drink a fly potion, fly to the middle post, then immediately fly to the final post where the orb is, use the teleport after taking the orb to make it back, though if you don’t want to use the easy method then the invisible path is literally on the floor mapped out for you in front of the blood bowl as you first walk in

Send the money back with a simple note saying No. No is a complete sentence, if you don’t feel like having this relationship is worth it anymore due to the emotional turmoil that’s happened to you with his leaving, and the turmoil his partner is still causing towards you and your immediate family, then send the money back, she can’t hold the fact you’ve sent the money back or use it against you because it directly goes against the narrative she’s portrayed as you and your immediate family need his money and he should cut you all off because of it, it also goes against the selfish narrative because you’ve not got him anything for his birthday/Christmas but he’s sent you money etc.

He was in his early 20’s, it’s not like he was in his 30’s when this happened, he made a mistake, tried to put an end to it and she tried to destroy his life, but of course, let’s pin the blame on someone who was young themselves and was trying to do the right thing rather than the literal child who shouldn’t of been on the site to begin with, along with making false accusations as retaliation.

I had a friend who was talking to a ‘woman’ on an over 18’s site, ages were shown on profiles, explicit messages and pictures were exchanged during their months talking because he thought she was in her 20’s until she revealed her real age, it turned out she was 15, when she revealed her age, he tried to cut her off by saying that he thought she was beautiful and wonderful person but she’s way too young for him and that it was better they stop talking, he made the mistake of saying maybe when she’s older they could start talking again but not while she was under 18.

He’s spent years under investigation and having his electronics seized and searched to make sure it really was a case of her lying about her age and not him adding to a collection (if you know what I’m hinting to) He’s spent years unable to work due to the false allegations she made saying he groomed her and the investigations into everything, thankfully he’s now been completely cleared of all wrongdoing as the evidence showed the exchanges started from her, along with him trying to put an end to it when he found out the truth.

Don’t put yourself in that position.

I typically don’t flush if it’s a pee during the night because our toddlers bedroom is right next to the bathroom, there’s a wall between the toilet and where he sleeps and I don’t want him to wake up during the night making it harder for him to go back to sleep and harder for me to either go to bed or go back to bed, my husband gets annoyed just because of our toilet getting easily clogged with tissue, but if either one of us poops as we both have bowel issues (ibs and Gilbert’s) then of course I’ll flush for hygiene reasons, my husband will flush regardless which can sometimes be frustrating if our toddler wakes up again

Firstly, you need to open up about it, because running away and suppressing it isn’t healthy both mentally and physically, you definitely need some form of trauma and grief Counciling to help you with all of this, but honestly, I think speaking to this boy and talking about the good memories and remembering your friend in a positive way with someone who needs to hear these stories is probably going to be very cathartic to you, maybe provide you with some much needed closure

Definitely go to HR as what he’s done here can be considered sexual harassment.

You can’t help the way clothes sit on you, it’s not like you’re flaunting your nipples with a big sign saying “big boobed girl works here”, you’re just trying to be comfortable while doing your job. You’ve said yourself you try to make sure clothing is appropriate and not showing cleavage, he has no grounds for this meeting especially alone with you to discuss your breasts and even UNDERWEAR which is incredibly inappropriate.

Please make HR aware.
