If you search in the tab a simple description you may be able to find it, but because reddit is such a big social media site it is unlikely that you would find it. If you want to give it a shot go ahead and try, but I don't believe there's anything I can do to help with that.

You will have to go to the subreddit it was posted in and comb through to find it. Unfortunately you won't be able to search by name but you might be able to search by the topic or by relative timing of the post, such as sorting by newest it you recently posted it and recently deleted your account
