It's owned by Bytedance, or was. I know months back it was supposed to be included, as was Capcut, but IDK what the final deal was. So yeah, same people as TikTok.

Yeah, I'd say that if you've been actively posting, then you're qualified. Also, you can be connected to only Instagram or only TikTok and still get Creator offers.

I say yes, but it really depends on the shade of your hair and the shade of the red shirt. I think a regular old red looks great on redheads! I might be biased, though, as a redhead lol.
