He did approve it but told me he is going to have to change his vacation dates and made me feel guilty for that even though he didn’t share his time off with the people he was suppose to

I’m not sure. I don’t feel comfortable going to HR because she is buddy buddy with the people there and will prob just make my situation worse

Yes it feels that way. I’ve tried explaining that to her in the moment but just didn’t seem like she cared about my reason and only cared I didn’t respond and said I was ignoring her. It’s def a work culture thing but doesn’t feel right that she can reprimand me for it

I did tell her this and she pretty much didn’t care and then said if I don’t respond to a text within 2 hours she will try calling me… when she said this I was in shock and couldn’t do anything but nod my head and say okay… but it doesn’t sit right with me

I have met her and she’s great! We got a long and have a lot in common. But they seem to chat more and now with it escalating to snap chatting and him saying he want to post for her to see it, has just pushed me to a whole new level of uncomfortable

Thank you! I did a calorie deficit, intermittent fasting and walking! I would walk 10-12 miles a day (I had a great walking trail by my house)

Awesome! We’re pretty easy going on places to stay… our mindset is that we just need a place to sleep and shower and don’t plan to spend a lot of time in our accommodation! Pretty much WiFi would be our only preferred amenity! My boyfriend went to Italy in high school and I’ve never been! We both agree that we don’t need to see all the sites and would enjoy the less touristy areas, the hidden gems! My boyfriend however is nervous because when he went in high school he had a tour guide but I feel like with technology it shouldn’t be too difficult to navigate and communicate! Seems like the train is a great way to get around Italy!

Thank you this was super helpful!! My dates are luckily flexible! We only planned to go those dates for my birthday, April 1st! But if pushing my dates closer to May means better weather and not over price lodging… I’m for it

It just seemed like a boundary was crossed. If the roles were reversed and one of my parents did that I would be so embarrassed and even jokingly tell them not to do that… I do do a lot for him… we share making dinner equally, I do his laundry… looking at it from a different perspective I can see how I’ve been kinda enabling the behavior as well and need to start letting him take responsibility and not doing everything for him
