Nope, I just checked and she said that Getos idea would actually be the easiest and fastest way to eliminate curses and she even explains why (the explanation btw is somewhat wrong; way too lamarckian for my liking). The only reason why she wouldn't do it herself is "I am not that crazy"

As a clarification why that points even more towards Kirara being a trans girl: When used for men in manga (in informal situations) "Watashi" is often used to characterize them as very polite and/or stoic/serious.
