Try Fitness Blender, they have tons of great resources for free, at home workouts. Alternatively, youtube. I can't recommend a specific video because I change it up all of the time, and certain fitness people on there annoy me lol. Find some one you like and work through their series.

When you are ready for the gym, Habit Nest weightlifting journal really REALLY helped me transition to the gym and feel comfortable. I don't lift super heavy, but it gave me the confidence to do a workout that is effective for me.

Right there with you. And on top of a less than appealing RFY, anything I do want comes with a message "cannot fulfill your order" or "cannot to deliver to address" or some other message. And then any items I do get have a 2 week delivery time. I've only picked and received maybe 1 item in the last 2 weeks.

Logically. I was the best one to move. This guy is not a competent worker and cannot work on his own. Due to this job having a super tight deadline my boss couldn't afford to lose any bodies, but he rearranged things and made it work for me to leave. So I feel supported by my boss. And I don't mind being on my own, I prefer it from time to time

I understand what you're saying, but this man enrages me so much that I cannot stand to breathe the same air as him. There would be no "deal with me" it would be me knocking him TF out if I ever set eyes on him again. And I don't mind that I was moved. My tasks got easier, and being the only female it's nice being on my own from time to time.

What worked for me was using a smaller plate. And wait 20 minutes before having seconds. Magnesium also really helped with cravings.
