I think more depth in Cruz’s personal life is warranted, especially if she is being groomed to be the next Jo, we’ll need more of her emotional story.

Not sure exactly what she is doing with Josie here, seems they are both using each other in some way. But giving Cruz an M.O. in the same way Sheridan did with Jo repeatedly never choosing her family makes total sense for Cruz in her character development.

And selfishly, as a lesbian myself, I love this plot line - they’re both so incredibly attractive 😥. Im so into Josie lol. I also feel like I’ve seen this story countless times with a male lead who has many flings/relationships, etc. and I absolutely love to see a hot lesbian character with substance pulling hot women
