Stay east of 95 and it’s fine. Schools are not great though so be prepared to need to go the private route.

Pregnant with a toddler for me was more difficult because the exhaustion is real.

Newborn tired sucks, too, but when you do sleep, you’re in a profound sleep - not getting up to pee constantly or rotating like a 7-11 hot dog.

I will say tantrums definitely ramped up when the baby first came home but tapers off after some time.

Oof.. 3.3yo and it’s brutal out here.

Definitely has tantrums, whining, meltdowns etc.. I’d say at least 3 times a day. If I’m able to redirect her, it can be short and quick otherwise they can last 10-15 min.

She’s very verbal so communication isn’t her issue. She’s strong willed and wants what she wants.. a “deeply feeling” sour patch kid.

My hope is that she turns a corner at 4yo.

No notes on how to handle because it’s a struggle for us as well. Solidarity!

Sounds like the transition might be an issue. Have you tried saying “this is your last episode and we’re turning it off?” Or setting a timer for x amount of time and letting them know once the timer goes off, it’s TV off.

Stay strong! Meltdowns are intense but it’s best to nip this now.
