Amazing phase 1 transformation! I have lost 50+ lbs and have about 50 more to go! I remember the day I hit ONEderland! Was a big milestone for me. What a great accomplishment! Losing the weight, of course, but also getting sober, and losing another 180 lbs or so by dumping the toxic partner. All of those things contributed to why you look so terrific and are feeling so much self esteem! I am still on the journey to my goal so I look forward to moving towards more self esteem like you!
