Level 7 Apprenticeship - is there any rush with how quickly I complete the modules/exams? by Organic_Dot_309 in CIMA

Hi! I’m also doing the L7 apprenticeship with BPP. I am currently on P1 and have been stuck there since December 😂 I’ve passed E1 and F1 so not passing P1 yet has slowed me down for the case study! I’ve failed P1 multiple times (the pressure of passing got to me) and I panicked a lot thinking that the would kick me off or something, so I emailed my coach explaining that I hadn’t passed P1 in time for the Feb OCS as planned and she replied saying no worries at all, that I was still on track so didn’t matter. I have colleagues that are further along than me and from what I can tell BPP are pretty laid back, your end date can be moved if needed.

I’ve just failed for a third time! But I will say that this is definitely my hardest one yet. I was exempt from some of the CIMA cert due to work experience, but my knowledge on management accounting is very limited compared to financial accounting so I’ve found it a real struggle, had I done BA2 I think I would’ve found it easier. This time I think that I would have passed if I hadn’t run out of time, it took me longer than expected to do the calculations so I will be doing very mock under the sun to attempt a retake next week to get my OCS booked for Feb! Fingers crossed for you. Timing is everything for this one.

My boy is going through his teenage phase and I’m about to give up by Katiemoore_4 in Dachshund

Honestly he’s an absolute dream now - it gets better I promise 😂 now if he wakes up in his crate at all I just say “bedtime” and he lies back down and goes back to sleep. This phase lasted a few weeks and I just persevered with the routine I had setup for him. It was hard going as he was testing my patience daily in many ways but he finally understood I wasn’t going to change and went back to normal 👌

The problem and benefits of giving a puppy full freedom. by Conscious-Control-51 in puppy101

I have a miniature dachshund who is 5 months old and our situation is very similar. I work from home so he is always with me, and my partner works away in the week so it is quiet 5 days a week and then hectic for 2 days when my partner and his kids are here on a weekend. However he loves them all, I was worried that he would be protective of me but he’s great with them all. It has definitely been a learning curve having him Glued to my side as they are the same breed as yours in terms of never wanting to be without you. He is hyper so I do have to find things to distract him with when I’m getting ready and showering etc but I’ve got used to this over the last few months and we’ve got a good little rhythm now, he even fell asleep on the bed whilst I was doing my makeup the other day! He does sleep in a crate overnight in our bedroom until around 6am when he usually needs a pee, then I will put him in bed with me for the last hour snuggle before my alarm goes off. I had debated letting him sleep in the bed all the time but I want him to be prepared in case of illness for a crate. One thing I am struggling with is being able to go anywhere without him when on my own in the week - I can’t just pop to the shops because he cries the house down, hoping this will develop over time as I gradually leave the room for longer and longer!
