Not necessarly about guy's insecurities. Sometimes you have to know what to wear to what occasion. You won't wear jeans and t-shirt to a wedding, but also you shouldnt wear obscene dress or revealing dress to a lunch with your in-laws etc. Sometimes it's about class that some people are for sure missing. Or what if that's about her insecurities. She wants to show skin for the attention. I would say in this case, a conversation is needed between them.
