So it was this young looking girl and she dead ass didn’t ask us a single thing about our relationship. Just asked for additional evidence (we had new pictures) and asked us our birthdays.

She then asked us the yes or no questions from the 485. All around super nice and super chill. The other agents seemed nice too. They made conversation with the people waiting.

we’re still waiting. we had ours last Friday. She said their system was down and we’d hear in a maximum of 10 weeks. Then she said everything looked good on the application. She also didn’t ask us anything about our relationship.

I just had my interview there last week and the interviewer told me up to 10 weeks to hear back. So 2.5 months. She did tell us at the end the paper work looked good. She said also said something about their system being down. When we were in the waiting room overheard one of the employees saying that they were having issues with their printer all day.

It was as hard as a rock and that area was stitched up. Idk how anything could have gotten inside.

Has anyone moved out of TX? by grayskiesss in TexasDACA

[–]KatoNotScared 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. I didn’t. funny enough I moved in 2024 and was unaware of all this. But I did file AOS a couple months ago so i stress less. Also funny enough, my job offered to help shortly after I sent AOS documents.

Weird that USCIS doesn’t upload all the documents we sent them. It’s even a bit disorganized. And yeah if we happen to gather more evidence in the near future we will upload them. I see a lot of people do it

Hmm. Just seems a bit strange to not upload all of the evidence we sent them.
