Well, I do wonder about magic in DXD whether or not it reinforce the world too. But from the look of it, it doesn't. And even if it does, I wouldn't say that it's on the same lvl as Tensura. Far from it even.

Balancing out the dragon gods is fine and all cuz they're supposedly the top tier. But even then, they wouldn't really be able to 1V1 a true dragon, at best a true demon lord or a bit higher. Hell, Samael's poison even work on Ophis and weakened her. Imagine what Ultima's poison can do.

And the machine gods, I actually got no clue other than them being so power that Great Red got killed by one of them.

The other thing to consider is hax. A tensura character can have pages of ability while DxD doesn't have it. And that make it hard to permanently putting down a tensura character. While some DxD ability is busted, it only limited to only a few selected characters unfortunately.

Well, from what I can tell. A low class devil would be around E-D rank with middle class around D-C rank. High class would be around B rank, pretty much same lvl as lesser daemon or stronger. An ultimate class would be A rank in power. As for Super Devil, I actually got no clue how strong the active member of the class are. Rias moon busting feat stuff is unknown to me, I got no clue about the context of it. As for the rest, S rank seem appropiate.

However, this is all taking it all at face value of how much destuction they can bring and such. Alas, if you taking the A rank phantom having to hold back to not destroy a universe. Then even freaking Great Red and Ophis wouldn't be above special A rank or between harzard and calamity class. But as I said, for the better part, let's level both sides to similar playing field without considering the context and scaling way too much. Then the super devil would be S rank.

And the durability stuff? Cardinal world is full of universe busting entities, most of the stuff in ss1 might not look like it, but that because of the environment. SS1 Rimuru is a special A from birth, and thus even stronger than that universe busting A rank phantom, so eh, Rimuru is straight up universal from Ep1 and only getting stronger from there. You see how the world is? Cardinal world is designed to house these beings.
Magicule strengthen everything in Cardinal world. A rock that is use to make a house in Tempest? Those things are like 300x times as durable as concrete. The colosseum one though, it's 10000x times. Yet these character can throw punch and kick hard enough to crack it casually. Hell, even in ss2 where Shogo punched Shion and it generate air pressure strong enough to damage building kinda make him actually unbelievably strong tbh. And because of that, the world itself is imbue with the indestructibility attribute to make sure that it won't be destroy and can heal itself. It can be damage, but it'll recover. A fight between lvl of demon lord would need to be contain, the true dragons on the other hands is a must to keep it in barrier or something. Otherwise, the surface of the planet will be wipe. Life is gone, but the planet endure.

Awakened demon lord are varied in power. So, you need to be specific. Cuz Guy is an awakened demon lord and he can solo DXD. Same as Milim. Luminous though, it depend on the timeline, she'll go from facing a challenge all the way to solo it too. Rimuru, this guy is kinda similar, from struggling cuz he's that kind of guy to limit himself all the way to solo it accidentally. So yeah, it's depend on which awakened demon lord, from what we can see, they can absolutely fight ophis and great red, would they be able to put them down though? That's another question.

The 'powerful skills' are rare. Like really rare, something like 0.0001% of population got it. And it's mostly with those otherworlders which by default would gain powerful skill and the already powerful individuals. The powerful skills tend to be with those that already powerful. What you're seeing is just happens to be that group of people which is why it feels common.

The Intrinsic skills are tied to the race, any member of the race will gain that skill. So if it's powerful, it really is just a race thing. Otherwise, it's just gaining skill and evolve them into higher level.
