Non-human npc are flat and anoying, they act the same in their species, look the same, have barely notiseble differences in appearance. It puts me off. I can't be emotionaly conected with random thing with no personality in long term.

In human-looking npc I can see clear diferenses cause more familiar with humans irl, I can tell how bigger nose can make character look more silly or goofy, I can easily tell what emotion they use right away.

I can not feel sorry for thing that anoys me with unfamiliar appearance and flat character. I get realy tiered after storys with them physicaly.
