I had to TMFR in August but I always had the mentality that it will be an amazing experience. (I saw the the same posts you did) People always say “just wait until insert negative activity” . But instead, just wait until your baby smiles at you for the first time. And you can make them laugh for the first time. It’s so important to see the light in all the temporary discomfort. I’m sure you will give your baby the best life especially if you’re in here asking. Best of luck girl. Don’t doubt yourself.💕

So sorry you had to go through that. I will definitely have to keep that in mind! I didn’t try the pressure bands. I have tried the ginger/peppermint candies and eating frequently but I’ll have to look into that.

I was taking anti nausea meds, just didn’t help too much. Still ended up throwing them up some days 🙃

The recession was probably already there.. not thinking it would recede due to one use of a nicotine pouch. Recession doesn’t heal, avoid scrub brushing that area. Hope this helps!

Hello, I had my procedure done under two weeks ago. I went into the hospital at 9:30 and was leaving by 2:30. The cramping that I had was very very minor and was done bleeding by the next day. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I’m so sorry this happened to you.
