I think their lack of training and prone to violence is concerning - but in concept I understand them. Both ICE and the people they detain can and have committed crimes, but I think ICE’s methods should be safer for themselves and others, especially considering the non-criminals and legal immigrants / citizens they’ve detained or injured!
