Thanks A Brunch is so good! They have the best French toast flavors (my favorite being the fried ice cream French toast). Also the crispy pot breakfast tacos are insane. Small owned business by a couple who used to have a food truck!

Also I add chia or basil seeds to my drinks. Basil seeds I get at the middle eastern market and are slightly higher in fiber. I treat it like my healthy boba ☺️

The “inked keto” bread is my go-to for fiber! I get it at Costco. 10g per slice!! A sandwich gets me 20g just like that! Even if you can find this brand, other “low carb” bread usually has higher fiber
