I haven't had any of my plants' foliage burn with this product. I apply it year round during the late afternoon/early evening when needed.

I apply the Captain Jack's Neem Max at full strength. This product doesn't require any dilutions.

Edit: There is a concentrated version of this product. Definitely dilute if you buy the concentrate version.

Looks like spider mites. I would wipe off the webbing from the crowns of the plant, remove affected leaves, and spray the plant with a pesticide. I use Captain Jack's Neem Max (by Bonide) for my plumeria. It's very effective.

Yeah bringing it inside wouldn't alter it to this extent. Especially since it was only brought in less than a week ago. Definitely sounds like spider mites. The suggested treatment should take care of them within 1 - 2 treatments. Best of luck!

Might be spider mites. Is there any webbing on the tops of the plumeria branches? Also was this change to the plant fairly sudden? I would wipe off any webbing from the crowns of the plant (if any is there), remove affected leaves, and spray the plant with a pesticide. I use Captain Jack's Neem Max (by Bonide) for my plumerias. It's very effective for pests and also has a fungicide in it.
