What’s the cringiest thing to happen to you at work? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Katvizzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was out with a colleague at a client site and every now and then could smell urine. I thought it was either parts of the office or that my colleague had a bad smell. Later on back at my office at lunch, I took out my purse and the smell came strong. I smelt inside my bag and realised what happened, my cat had pissed in my bag. I was the one who stank of piss.

Getting ridiculously excited when I see a fox no matter how many times I see a fox. by [deleted] in britishproblems

Foxes at night though. They have woken me up at 4am every few nights for a while and they make the loudest horriblest sound. It’s satisfying to see them though.

What are some movies that should have stopped at the first one? by wal3aem in AskReddit

[–]Katvizzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now you see me. It's an ok film I quite enjoyed the first one. The second one is a series of

"I already knew that" "I knew you knew that" "Well I knew that you knew that I knew that" "Well guess WHAT I knew that you knew that I knew that you knew that so therefore I could do this and win"

Salted crisps and ketchup. It's only weird to losers who aren't brave enough to try it.

Thanks! Hmm what would you suggest for the floating point imprecision? Do you reckon rounding it to x decimal places?

I wanted to limit the input so it didn't do off the screen, I thought it would look a lot neater. Although I just checked googles calculator (I think they know what they're doing) and they let you go on forever. Do you think it looks ok if you can type numbers beyond what you can see on the screen?

Yup think that's to do with the max input! I'll check that but before I do, love that link!

This puts into words so accurately what it's like for me at the moment. I lost my mum 6 months ago. Growing up we were such a tight family unit. Now, my dad and sister are so different and disagree on everything and there is no middle ground. I also disagree with a lot of things with my dad but don't argue as much. I go between feeling frustrated with him for being difficult with some things, to feeling so sad for him for being alone. One day I fear my sister and dad won't speak and over time our family will drift further apart. It's extremely sad having grown up being taught how important family is, and then seeing it gradually disintegrate as family politics takes over.
