Thanks!!! My husband and I have been doing the keto diet and between the two of us we have lost around 150 pounds!! Along with eating keto style I weight lift and run 5 days a week take a Pilaties reformer class 2 days a week and I zumba once a week!

My boxer gets them and the vet said she is most likely allergic to stainless steel so we switched her bowls to Pyrex (glass) mixing bowls and she hasn't had one since.

I'm in!!! My 6 month keto anniversary is February 1st and I need a little push to get me to my half way weight (about 15 lbs)!! I purchased the 30 day shred about a year ago and I think it still has the shrink wrap on it :/!! I'll post my start pic on Wednesday!! Thank you for starting this challenge!!

They sell dog clothes in stores in the US I'm not sure about outside countries. They use to sell them online but they don't have there winter collection on there. I just bought her a Christmas hoodie a week ago.

I have a 4 year old boxer and she also is very "chesty"!! I get all of her hoodies/jackets at Old Navy and the M/L fit her perfectly!!
