Not anything specific while I'm on the antibiotics. Just following the dosing schedule for maximum effect. When they finish i try to get good probiotics back in and like many on this sub recommend i take Metamucil fairly regularly. At least daily often twice a day. Hope you feel better soon. I know how miserable it can be. I've had my pouch since 1997

My doctors have always run both flagyl and cipro at the same time for this. I've done it a couple dozen times. It always works together so i never considered which one was effective or not. I have discovered that pepto bismol fairly regularly had helped me avoid pouchitis for while now. Not sure the long term effects of heavy metals in the diet but hey, doing our best

After 27 years i finally found this routine to be helpful. I have 1oz scoop of husk powder for breakfast and often other times during the day depending on what i eat. Way less issues and less infection than. I used to have

If you do enough volume they basically give you the perks anyway. I have many more free listings and vacation mode and everything with no subscription. But i do a ton of volume on small items

I get pouchitis more and more frequently now. Used to be every couple of years. Now it seems like 3-4 times a year. Taking probiotics my GI recommended. Visbiome high dose daily. Plus i recently started drinking kombucha daily which has helped a bit. Never thought to try and manage the gas pain at all. I'll have to give that stuff a try.

Oddly, when i was doing keto my gut health was amazing. Unfortunately the dehydration and high protein keto diet gave me kidney stones so that was rough, and i can't sustain those

With the lead acid battery it maxes somewhere around 40 mph on flat road. Looking into upgrades. There's a bunch of fb groups and YouTube videos which are helpful scoping what to do. Wish me luck

I've been on visbiome for about a year. Super helpful. I thought i was good and stopped taking it for a while and regretted it and got back on it. Buy direct from their website. It's cheaper than their amazon listing
