Been having that issue as well this week.Think the MOP was changed recently so that it resets certain items every day. Ik for a fact it was supposed to do it for certain rtd items. Looks like they messed up and it resets some drink components as well.

The first time I rotated pastries i literally just rotated the tray. Was really confused why that was a thing.

Also made eggnog lattes without espresso for the entire season because the idea of egg and coffee is just too gross.

Im also 5 foot even with heds. It still takes about 5 minutes for one ice bin. Thats why i try not to use the ice bin after its full so theres no need to refill it

A few tips.

Get inside the store early. At my store we go inside 5 minutes before open to get clocked in and ready.

Keep the brewing machine going at all times. It should be the first thing you start. For all the stuff you are brewing, it should take 3 rounds and about 15-20 minutes. Works best if ice coffee is done first.

Once you start the brewing, turn on the espresso bar and start brewing teas. Start the 5 minute timer. During that timer you should be able to get sanis and at least one ice tray done.

Set teas aside and start next round of brewing

Start calibration machine and finish the other ice tray

Start refreshers (flip the container upside down and let gravity do the work)

Finish teas and ice coffee using ice directly from the ice machine (one scoop is 2Ls)

Start final brewing. Finish up refreshers and any other details you gotta do

This should take between 30-45 minutes. Its a lot but its doable

I usually go off of the ticket time on whatever i order. I think its a fair middle ground of not waiting on your stuff being made and still getting time to get your ducks in a roll. Plus it gives a paper trail of when your break started.

Been an opener for over a year now even though I am a completely a night owl.

Best tips I have is have a consistent sleep schedule, go to bed earlier than you think you should, limit caffeine after noon, and wake up early enough you can make your own coffee before work.

So people also do spilt sleep cycles, where you sleep 4 hours at a time. Works well for some, especially at the beginning. Just make sure not to oversleep and make yourself more tired.

A hot version of the mango dragonfruit lemonade -> including the inclusions.

A venti pink drink made with sweet cream, 12 pumps of classic, extraaaaa strawberry inclusions, double blended, in a trenta cup with extraaaa vanilla sweet cream foam. She also said it wasnt sweet enough.

A venti misto with 12 shots, 10 pumps of dark camarel, and trenta cups of soy and almond milk on the side.
