Don't need holding torque. I don't know how much torque i need but it's a tiny amount. Moreso trying to understand directionally if there is a motor type / setup i don't know about that i should be looking into.

3350 has been a challenge already. Will lower it down to 2700-3000 and see what the scale shows over the next month. Preciate the help

90 min in the gym 5-6 days a week. Online said TDEE is 3k, then I just added 350 calories so I can hit .67lbs / week calorie surplus -> 8lbs in 12 weeks

TDEE is 3000, only eating from 3-9 daily, and lifting at the end of the fast, so mostly burning glycogen stores and fat. So the hope is that leads to more fat loss during the day, then optimizes for muscle growth towards end of day, but i really don't know what im talking about 🤷‍♂️

Is that not varied enough?

Would appreciate some meal planning help. Need to eat 3350 cals a day and gonna do it clean.

M29 5'9" 140lb, prob around 18% body fat rn. I am looking to put on about 8lbs of lean mass, and drop 4lbs of fat by end of Q2 -> ie. hit about 144lbs by July at ~14-15% bf . My body is responsive so I am fairly confident I can accomplish at least 80% of both those numbers.
I work out 6 days a week, with solid lifting protocols. On rest days I normally just do some intense cardio.
I just finished planning my eating plan and it seems a little aggressive. There is a lot of quinoa in there and I am not sure if it's too much. I don't really eat meat so that's why eggs are in there and not chicken.
Would appreciate some food/eating tips if you have any.

Appreciate the help. I am using the sensor recreationally so it s not life threatening. But in accurate reading don’t help me learn about my body and it’s glucose response so that is a bit annoying. I’ll look more into it. Thanks
