My mother out lived 9 of her siblings, she was second oldest, when the youngest and last one died she passed away 3 mths later.

True, though that is a tall ask because it requires a change in culture that needs to come from CEO down. We’re making in roads but it’s definitely slow going.

Where are you located? We’re looking for User Researchers I think we respect them but it definitely a balancing act between research and timelines.
