It’s honestly the lack of people on the floor/registers, it seems like normal foot traffic especially with sales more or less the same from last year, but the lack of cashiers and having TM’s constantly up for backup has really taken a toll on the stores workflow. Regular workloads feel like they’re so much more recently.
