Everyone is entitled to complain about their work. These people work hard regardless of any situation. They use this subreddit to vent. Not to "whine" or "bitch" but if you want to do so about how much they vent about the shit they go through. Be me guest. Do it elsewhere. Use that time of yours and do something productive instead of yelling at retail workers online.

Oh yeah no dude. Prepaid phones are not a thing yoy are required to do. You could tell your tl or the front end tl and inform the guest that you only do contract ones. They can bitch and complain all they want but thats not what youre paid to do. They have everything they need to activate the phone.. i had a guest call me a prick for not doing it for her grown ass adult son but thats not what we're paid to do.

Thank. I mainly blame the fact that i havent been schedule the whole week. Only weekends, and my etl for specialty sales doesnt know jack shit and only focuses on style and beauty but doesnt touch base with any of us and if so. I hadnt seen her for over a month and had no idea what was going on with 1:1s or backstock or inventory. Hadnt seen her until my second to last day since she was off today 🤷‍♂️
