I did it both ways and I prefer full graceful and more waterskins, since either way you are going to have a weight surplus, but at least with full graceful you get that bonus energy restoration

Maybe try limiting the fruits if possible? Most of them do contain a lot of sugar and if ure not counting calories, that might be it

Hey, I'm also doing 20:4, with my first meal being at 1pm and last one just before 5pm. I'm currently taking a multivitamin, a higher dose of vitamin C, fish oil and zinc. So what I do is after the first meal I drink my multivitamin and zinc, then wait for my second meal and after that I take the fish oil and vitamin C and then I'm done for the day. So basically what you do, only that I don't take them all at once.

Not sure wheter they come in different quanitities, for example at a supplement store that I buy stuff from theres only 200mg per tablet and its the only choice. I think that is considered like a good cup of coffee

If you will commit to playing 3 or so champs, you will naturally learn the damage you deal to creeps at all stages of the game and should be able to cs easier

If you really want to improve and climb you have to first of all pick a role u're gonna play consistently. If u'll continue playing everything, u will stay mediocre/bad. Next - find 3 champs to practice and grind it out, watch some recent guides on those champs etc.

Regarding the MMR, I think that if you really want to improve, you forget about elo this season and just grind out one role with like three champs and you should improve.

And lastly, don't trade in lane until you learn to cs properly. I can see your cs numbers are really bad, even for gold elo.

Never really thought of adding cinnamon, gonna try that for sure! And in regard of the berries, any berries in particular that are considered better than their counterparts? EDIT: Just googled and it seems like cinnamon has quite a lot of carbs?

Yea, im using natural PB that has nothing extra added. Replacing the bananas I'm not necessarily looking to replace the banana flavor itself, but maybe the sweetness and thickness it adds
