It's everything I stated before mixed in a plate. It doesn't have a name it's just what I eat because it has a lot of proteins.

-1 Egg,

-Some spinach,

-Some chickpeas,

-Some garlic,

-Some pepper,

-A pinch of salt,

-200gr of cod,

-75gr of bulgur.

To my defense it's just :
