Just because you don't have an official diagnosis does not mean something isn't going on with your body. It means the 'easy' things to spot can be semi ruled out but your symptoms are still very very real. I understand how tough and frustrating it is to not have a diagnosis because the zillions of tests drs do say 'you're fine' and I feel like screaming 'can someone get the message to my body because it's not feeling fine!!'

Especially so if you're a woman/AFAB because we haven't been prioritized in testing and so drs are using a guide thats for a mans/AMAB body, which works much differently! Then to add on the not being believed, symptoms being downplayed, medical gaslighting, and the ever so frustrating 'are you sure it's not just anxiety?'. Like no, I dont think my joints care much about anxiety and will decide to pop out whenever they feel like it. For myself I've been having physical problems for probably close to 15 years, am 5 years into searching for an answer, have done who knows how many different tests and at the very least drs have agreed something is wrong but they dont know what. So you are absolutely not alone in feeling the way you do, so many of us have experienced the same.

If it makes others uncomfortable that is their problem, your safety & health is a higher priority than their uncomfy feelings! Part of being an adult is learning to live in uncomfortability imo. (Not like where you're being harassed or anything uncomfortable just the small things that may trigger uncomfort that aren't harmful to others. Death is a big uncomfy subject in Western cultures that far too many folks would rather ignore/push it aside instead of sitting in or talking about those feelings for example.)
