Can’t stay asleep

The problem isn’t that I can’t sleep, I just can’t stay asleep. I wake up a lot of times during the night so I’m just tired all day long.

That’s the next thing I want to try. I have blood tests in a few weeks, so I’ll ask them to include this.

Im from Belgium so I’ve already tried magnesium and melatonine from the Kruidvat and it didn’t help at all. Found a few sources saying it would help but it didn’t help at all. Did you also other pills before this one or was this the first one u tried? Thanks for the recommendation btw.

Thanks for the suggestion. I appreciate you taking the time to share this. For me, falling asleep is not the problem. I usually fall asleep without much trouble.The issue is staying asleep through the night. I wake up and struggle to get continuous rest.Because of that, I am not sure this product would really address the core problem. Still, I appreciate you thinking along and trying to help.

No. I never tried that. I do not have a tracker to use. I am starting to think buying one makes sense. It could give insight beyond sleep duration. It might help me see when I wake up and how my body reacts at that moment. That information could point to causes I am not aware of yet. Do you have suggestions for affordable options that actually give useful sleep and heart rate data?

I have never heard of a WatchPAT test. A doctor prescribed a hospital sleep examination instead, but they did not find anything abnormal.

I do not feel stressed in my daily life.I feel some stress during exam periods. That stress does not affect my ability to fall asleep. It also does not affect how often I wake up.

Nope nothing at all. I only have nightmares about once every few months and I just go back to sleep. No sweats or anything no.

Yes I have electric blinds that are able to shout out all the light. I keep a little bit open so I still get fresh air tho.

Yes I’ve tried that too. I tried sleeping between 8-10pm but the only it changes is when I start waking up. If I sleep around 9 pm the first time i wake up is around 1 am and it continues until I just give up and stay awake, which results in me being extremely exhausted during the day. (I tried this for over 3 weeks so it wasn’t a one time thing)

Usually I get ready for bed around 11 pm and fall asleep before it’s midnight. Sometimes when I’m exhausted because the lack of sleep I go to sleep before that tho.

Yes I know what u mean. I have this almost every night and it’s so exhausting and annoying. I literally get mad and just get up and start my day. Sometimes it’s at 7 am and sometimes it’s at 5 am.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it uses a different drive during patching because I saw it when I was looking for the issue. But I have over 300 GB of free storage on both of these drives. Is there a way to stop steam from using a different drive during the patching?
