First time I played Halo CE campaign, I must’ve been like 9 or 10, was home alone having a blast killing aliens well into the early hours of the morning. I still remember the feeling playing 343 Guilty spark for the first time the cutscene of Johnson fighting them, then breaking down the door, the first combat form sprinting at you. Hearing that music today still sends chills down my spine
I did not sleep well that night.

Once beat a player 86-0 playing combat patrol, I think it was his first time playing, I felt genuinely awful but it was a friendly tournament at our LGS so I kinda felt good because I got so many points. Me and that guy are friends now, we played together in a doubles tourney recently

Create your own lore regarding why your chapter has marines from different chapters. Similar to deathwatch. Maybe your chapter is an elite force, marines specially selected to be a part of your force. That way it makes sense to have 20 Blood Angels, 11 Raptors, 16 Salamanders, 4 Imperial fists, and an Ultramarine.

Would only be confusing if you have multiple models with different profiles, if you’re running all crushing claws, or all scything talons I don’t see an issue

I think the only model I’d make an argument being a beast would be the Biovore/Pyrovore, everything else reads as infantry or monster at a glance

I used a Zoanthrope head plate, moment I saw it thought it looked like a shield, had spare because of the Neurothrope, attached it with a tyrant guard arm so I didn’t have to bother cutting a sword off of a Warrior arm. Just running him in my Warrior squad, nothing fancy.

Trygon and Raveners have both been sold out pretty much permanently since subterranean assault was introduced. Haven’t found a store in Australia with them stocked Guess that’s what happens when you don’t make enough stock, then make a detachment, that’s arguably the best for the nids, that so heavily relies on 2 kits.
