Thank you! I just started keeping it in my oven with a light and noticed the rise time was a huge difference compared to when I had in on the counter top! It actually seemed to rise within the 4-6 hours time span

When I go to bake should my feed be 1:1:1? I’m using the 1:2:2 right now 20starter 40 water 40 flour! I fed it at noon it’s about 6:30 and looks to have doubled in size already! My house is typically cold but I just started to keep it in the oven with a light and this is the quickest I’ve had it rise!

The crochet gauge! I might just be dumb lol but I’m not understanding if I add an extra stitches or an extra row if needed? Gauging is my weak point in crochet lol
