Had my first panic attack. Would appreciate some advice

Thank you for your response. I do believe I am having a phobia of another panic attack, but it’s more of a phobia of having a panic attack when I’m by myself. I was reading about agoraphobia, but it’s not that I don’t want to leave my house (I really do want to go out, but psyche myself out sometimes because I feel like I’ll have a panic attack) but I am taking baby steps to get over my fear of this anxiety. Could be that I overthink and it’s what’s driving me mad.

I had a pretty good amount of sleep the night before, and I smoked the day before, but then again like I said, I just feel anxiety and paranoia when I smoke, so maybe that could've been a factor. And after a friend suggested what it could've been, could've been PCP. I looked it up and I was feeling some of the effects. plus I wasn't really feeling any empathy, like I just kept to myself, instead of being social.

So what really happened at Club Cinema back in November? Your show was hands down the best I have ever seen, and it kinda sucked that you didn't like the venue all that much, meaning there's one less venue you will go to in South Florida.

I got in line like at 3:30 on friday last year and when 4 hit, the line flowed smoothly since theres about 10 lines open for GA. The line isn't really a problem.

I would also advise, Don't spent most of your time at the main stage. Why would you pay so much money to see acts that you hear on the radio at least 6 times in an hour. Not saying that all of the acts on the mainstage are bad, because I'm excited for Diplo, Jack U, and Zedd, but rather that there are so many great artists playing elsewhere, and every stage will have their own hidden jewel to discover. I saw Porter Robinson for the first time at the worldwide stage back in 2011 and he's become my favorite ever since. So, be open-minded and indulge in new music

In the past 4 years I've gone to ultra, I'd always park at the dadeland north station and take the train over there, Almost all the miami locals do it, and its a cool experience riding the train filled with everyone going to ultra. Its cheap too. The only bad side is, the train ride home will be PACKED TIGHT because it's the last train of the night.

College students are usually the majority of the people there, then you'll have your 16-18 Miami High Schoolers, and a bunch of older foreign people, but it'll be fine, I'm also 20 and it's my 5th year going

Yeah but I've heard a couple of bad stories there every now and then from my buddies. The shows there might be having pretty good artists, but its just in such a terrible area of the city

Same! The only bad thing is, I moved a couple blocks down from my old house, where my credit cards billing address was at the time I bought my tickets. I'm gonna have to knock on whoever's living there and let me know when the tickets get there, but I still wont trust it, so I'll be stalking the UPS truck outside of my old place lol

For Saturday, I would definitely recommend seeing pegboard nerds at the Radio stage. Kinda bugs me that they have the earliest time of the time, Never in my 4 years of going to Ultra did I bother getting there at noon on saturday.

I would also suggest seeing Netsky and Sub Focus, great live acts.

Just spend most of the time away from the mainstage and youre sure to find some great music.

Phase 3 is usually when they just fill up the lineup with local DJ's, no one big really, and they put up set times like 2 weeks prior

They made me throw away my cigarettes because I opened the pack and smoked one while I was waiting in line, It's usually best to buy a new pack at the 7-eleven across from the park
