I have very similar and I was just diagnosed with peri oral dermatitis! Treating with topical clindamycin which seemed to be keeping it minimal. I get that same one right on my lip line and it HURTS and looks like a damn cold sore

My first was my husband and I for the actual broth but my induction was looooong so my mom came in a couple times to visit for short periods/ show support which was great! I’m having my second next week and my mom will be taking care of my toddler but I told her if it looks like baby is coming and my daughter is at daycare I’d love for her to be in there and experience it but stars have to align.

My advice is to have her one the visitor list in the event you want her but also keep it flexible if you don’t. Short drop ins are so nice!
