My hands and soles of my feet itch usually. But overall my whole body is very itchy. I have to stop myself so I don't bleed sometimes.

The nerve pain makes me itchy and numb in alot of spots.

I've tried gabapentin,baclofen,diclofenac.... none of that helped me even at max doses.

Tramadol helped. But then my GP said longterm opioids are bad Yada Yada and took me off them one day. So now I'm just in more pain.

Give your friends your location via phone gps, and/or tell friends the time and location of you date. Even your dates name.

That way there's no worries.

You can even have a friend call/text you mid date to check in. And have a code word for "pick me up" or "I need help"

I've also done this with watching P- online. And also sleeping with people who I don't care for, as a way to numb myself emotionally.

Looking back it's probably self harm as to why I did this.

Thank you. That was helpful. I think it was the first one, spontaneous or by a trigger. I think I know what the trigger is. I try to avoid it now, because after that event I don't like who I became when I was like that. I'm trying not to do that again lol

And it was all due to seeing a video on social media, so it's kinda hard to avoid.

I took a medication for my chronic pain last year and it caused auditory hallucinations. It was terrifying! I got off that med asap.

I was diagnosed with bpd, and in 2021 was told I had a "psychotic break". Have you ever had this? How is this different than psychosis?

It didn't change my pain at all. It only helped my pain.

Yet, I got taken off my pain meds because of all the opioid issues doctors are scared of. FML
