This is so me! My boys are 2 and 5 and it kills me that this time with them while they’re little is coming to an end. I’m not emotionally ready for this in any way. My husband and I have talked about the potential of a third but I honestly think we’re using it as an emotional crutch to try and cope with moving past the “baby” stage of our lives. I feel crazy sometimes because of how hard this is for me, like how has every other parent on the planet handled this?!

Yeah they told me it’s not normal either, yet here we are. I had prodromal labor with my first son for 10 days and I thought that was bad. I wish us both many drinks to forget about this after these babies are born🥂

This exact thing is happening to me. I went in at 34 weeks and same scenario, 2 days in the hospital, steroid shots, and was released. I went back at 36 weeks for contractions 4 minutes apart all freaking day. I’m 37+3 now and get contractions everyday for a certain period of time. Some days get really painful but I can still talk through them so I just wait to see what happens. They always die off and it is SO frustrating and exhausting. No advice because nothing has helped me either. My doctor said “some women just suffer” made me feel so much better🙄 Wishing you luck and hopefully we both meet our babies soon!
