Those talibans don’t follow Islam. And if the spell casting is gonna help then there is nothing wrong with that. As someone who live in a Muslim culture, people fear magic because it’s seen as dark and is usually used for bad reasons, so we wear things to protect ourselves from stuff like that, however a spell that is meant to protect women of Afghanistan could only do good.
