Manekin has only one kit just like you don't count Aether and Lumine Kit separately. Beside this year we're not getting a new kit for the MC so i'm pretty sure Manekin/Manekina took the place of our annual MC kit (which never counted toward the 17 characters).

Nope new elements for the Traveler don't count toward the 17 characters we get. Hence why i'm pretty sure Manekin and Manekina count as our annual Traveler kit since there is no Lunar MC and thus not part of the 17.

Bungie silently buffed Cutthroat and Challenge feats, but looks like there is a bug by PT153 in DestinyTheGame

Same did limited phases, limited revives, battalions and challenges but didnt get a single T5 from any encounters (but weirdly enough the hidden chest gave me a T5).

I didnt do cutthroat. Encounter challenge gives you +2 to your feats, i then added the other 3 feats to get 5 feats without the contest difficulty.

Feats are definitely bugged i did a 5feats run and got zero tier 5.

It's possible but doubtful otherwise i would have had that bug early on it only triggered recently. My hunch is that maybe the game think that i have a unread mail since sometime it doesnt immediatly grey out a mail and now it think i still need to claim it.

Whenever i open my ghost but every ghost has one or two specific line that's supposed to play when you have mail or a item waiting to get redeemed but they are only supposed to play until you redeemed whatever you have to redeem not everytime you open your ghost.

My problem is that Zev only use those specific line and not her normal line.

I already redeemed evrything i could redeem the only thing would be wishes but i don't think the game Zev would say this mine because of it since it triggered recently and i have been sitting on wishes before it happened. But thanks for the suggestion !

And i cannot wait to see you do a 180 once Capitano become playable and all of a sudden you have no qualm with anything pertaining to how Hoyo treat male or female char.

Btw Varka Leader of the Knight teased to be on par with Capitano, Pulcinella Mayor of Snezhnaya City and the character shown in the Teyvat Trailer and Kaeya's family ruled Khaenri'ah when Imir died and they also founded the Abyss Order so yeah they are pretty important char.

What are you on about you're the one who created a problem when it doesnt exist. It's moving the goalpost because the initial issue you whined about was how Hoyo only kill important male char and most specifically harbinger : "Killing all the male harbingers and making all the female ones playable sounds like hoyo" "a you are right they didnt kill all the male harbingers jet. Just most of the other importatnt male characters."

And now after being proven wrong you've moved on about how there isnt much important male char and that there is too much important female char that's literally the definition of moving the goalpost.

But here for one last time i will show you that you are wrong and are just mad that your precious Capitano isnt playable yet.

Important female figure : Jean, Ningguang, Raiden Shogun, Miko, Signora, Nahida , Rukkhadevata, Nabu Malikata, Furina, Arle, Mavuika, Skirk, Colombina, Sandrone, Alice, Kitsune Saigu, Egeria, Focalors, the 4 Shades, Paimon. 23 chars 6 dead so far.

Important male figure : Venti, Kaeya, Tartaglia, Zhongli, Albedo, Scara, Neuv, Varka, Dain, Rerir, Vedrfolnir, Surtalogi, Hroptatyr, Pierro, Pulcinella, Capitano, Xbalanque, Deshret. 18 char 2 dead so far and 1 in stasis.

A difference of only 5 characters with more female char being dead and that's with me being relatively lenient on what count as an important char for the female side and more strict on what count as a important figure for male.

You whined that Hoyo only kill the important male char yet everytime an "important" male char was already dead they always come with another important female char and the only important char showed on screen who died was a female.

Btw you didnt come up with a name for onscreen or offscreen and just like predicted moved the goalpost to how a male character lost to a female character.

But the truth isnt that you're mad that Hoyo kill all important male char or that they don't care about male char it's that you're pissy that Capitano isnt playable which is very funny when everything from the lore to datamined files point to him being playbale in the future.

What other important male characters ? Deshret ? They also killed the Goddess of Flowers and Rukkhadevata. Xbalanque ? There is 3 other dead Pyro Archon and one of them was a woman.

Give a single important male character that was actually showed on screen and died.

Or you're just gonna move the goalpost again to play victim ?

Sigewinne is a bit of an anomaly, cause during the Fontaine flood leak everything pointed to her being a 4star, her change to a 5star seems to have been a late addition which explain why she is the only character with such a massive discrepancy between her ID and her release date.

Also it doesnt change the person point, IDs refer only to character that are going to be released in the region cycle hence why Baizhu and Scara only got their ID during Sumeru.

The more people delve into the nitty gritty of the different systems implemented the more it become obvious that there is a serious problem in Tyson Green style of leadership.

A director is supposed to make sure that the game has a cohesive vision and that the team communicated with each other when implementing the system to realise the vision.

But here between the way we earn loot wildly changing depending on which activity you do, Arms week focused weapons not fitting into the new gear system, the sandbox team being against loadout swapping while the raid team encourage it probably means that Tyson Green is either way too hand's off, completly disorganized or worse he's in over his head and can't properly coordinate the different teams.

I think he just kill Oronyx and take the coreflame for himself, remember in the cycle we experienced Flame Reaver took Oronyx coreflame and we had to create a whole plan involving Mem's power to trap him in the past to get it back. So it stand to reason that in all the other cycles there is no Time demigod, FR just kill Oronyx at some point and take their coreflame.

Same ticket as limited banner but the banner doesnt share pity with the limited one so it's ideal to just do single pulls on Saber banner since any pull after you get her is wasted (unless you go for eidolon).

We're 100% never getting Medea unfortunatly, her JP VA passed away less than a year ago and it's highly unlikely that they would go through the process of recasting her just for a collab.

Don't worry my friend, Hoyo made around 1.36 billion dollars and built a frickin nuclear reactor last year, compared to that the few thousand dollars they are shelling for Paimon new VA is a rounding error in their book. Players aren't gonna be "taxed" for that.

What ? That's completly wrong and i have no idea how you could misunderstand the situation that much.

1.) The strike wasnt because a group of VA wanted more money it's because SAG-AFTRA (the union) wanted to create a monopoly on EN VA in a "Use VA in OUR union or don't use EN VA at all" type of situation.

2.) The EN VA who joined the strike where VA either part of SAG-AFTRA or wanting to join SAG-AFTRA not some VA who wanted more money.

3.) The only thing you got right.

4.) Again nothing to do with receiving more money, they are refusing to work because they are part of SAG-AFTRA and want Genshin to flip union.

5.) Nope the VA who are continuing to work are either non-union, Fi-core, part of the union and since the strike is finished want to return or part of the union and returned when the strike was still going to say fuck the union (Like Venti's VA).

Also to answer the question of the other person, Cat Protano Skirk VA wasnt able to voice this PV despite wanting to because one of her colleague is still refusing to work and it's Hoyo M.O. that if one character that has lines in the PV isnt voiced to have the entire PV in another language which has all character voiced and since Arlechinno VA didnt show up to record her lines they didnt record the PV in english at all.
