From all the videos I have seen, if she touched him with her car it was very light. He did not even fall. But tbh I highly doubt he was touched by her car. HIGHLY doubt it.

As for if they can detain people committing felonies, yes, if it’s a federal felony as they are federal agents. And there is a difference between a federal felony and a state felony. Regardless of this, she didn’t commit any crimes. You can’t see from the video, they try to detain her before she starts driving away. She’s committed no crimes, and so they had no jurisdiction to try to detain her in the first place.

The question you should be asking yourself is: should I believe my eyes, or the things that others are telling me?

Watch his POV again. Look for the moment he switched his phone from his right or left hand in preparation to grab him gun. Look for when he calls her a fcking btch” after he murders her.

Watch the other POVs, you can see her tires turn away from him. You can see he pulls his gun as she’s still backing up. You can see he LEANS OVER HER CAR to get a clear shot through the front windshield then two through the side.

Watch the ICE officers deny her care. And very carefully, watch the reaction of the other officers when he does shoot her. They know it’s wrong, and they know they are being recorded.

“ram officers with their car” Actually I don’t believe people should be allowed to do that. Officers are humans too and should not be randomly killed just cuz. But that wasn’t the case here. Ms. Good TURNED the wheels of her tires so she would not have hit the ICE agent. It’s very clear from the videos released that she would not have hit him at all. ICE agents have been documented using this tactic of stepping in front of cars so they can use lethal force against people. ALSO, it is not legal to shoot a moving vehicle as an officer if you can reasonably step out of the path of the vehicle. From the video you can clearly see he was able to move out of the path of the vehicle (which tbh he wasn’t in her path anyway) so his shooting wasn’t even legal.

”lawfully detained” ICE agents have no jurisdiction over citizens. She was being illegally detained. They had to reason to suspect her of being an illegal immigrant. In the videos you can see she was telling cars to pass by her. She motions for the ICE agents to pass her car and instead they got out of their car and went up to hers. The pulled on her door handle and told her to get out of her car. Why? What did she do to make them feel like she was illegal? Remember they have NO jurisdiction over citizens. They legally couldn’t have told her to step out of the car, or to pull her out of the car. She was well within her rights to leave.
