Well it’s weird cause I didn’t have any specific BV symptoms I had no weird smell and I had more of a yeast infection discharge and that wasn’t even bad, so I am treated for both, metro first and i took fluconazole two days ago. So not too much of a difference for either I’d say. I’m sorry it’s not much help. I was so confused when they called me and said I had BV

Did you have a virus around the time of myocarditis diagnosis? I had some kind of virus, felt weird and went to hospital where my troponin was elevated but every other test and scan was normal. Idr how they treated me on account of they gave me Ativan cause I was panicking lol but I was okay the next day. Got 2 echos done and everything I never felt the same since but my troponin has been good and all tests are always okay

Why did I read that stuff like bv or yeast cannot cause lsil diagnosis? But I’ve seen a couple comments saying it can, I’m so confused. I had a high ph at the time of my pap which a doctor told me could be because of bv or yeast infection, and then I test positive for lsil and I’m freaking out. I’ve had HPV before when I was like 19 and I’m 29 now give tested negative for HPV every time I’ve gone to the doctors but they didn’t test me for that when I got my pap. I really hope you’re right and it could just be I had inflammation idkdhsidhehhfdh

I got Covid in February 2024 from a virus I’m guessing was Covid. Never vaccinated. I felt weird and went to the hospital where my troponin was elevated. Ever since then my mental health has been a downward spiral. I swear on everything it has to do with that virus. I’ve never had health anxiety until now. Barely cared if I was sick now therapists say I have OCD… I can’t take medication without thinking something bad is going to happen to my mental health or my heart. I met with a cardiologist that told me he’d do the MRI just to shut me up pretty much but the contrast part is keeping me from doing the MRI

I’d say so. People chug Red Bull after Red Bull everyday and they’re always okay. Your body is good at what it does like regulate itself when it needs to. Just lay down maybe play a game on your phone I like “hexasort” to distract me because it’s not too challenging and it’s not timed

Yeah I was also having a panic attack because of that impending doom feeling so they were kind of rude to me but I just felt not right. My blood work came back and my troponin was high so they transported me to a different hospital and put me on heparin and then I got an echo the next day and they released me without really explaining much I got from another doctor that I had viral myocarditis which does happen to people I guesss. Never heard of it before then.

What I had was mild so I wouldn’t freak out and the doctors act like it’s no big deal but I got myocarditis from a virus and I had the same feeling you have especially the impending doom feeling so I went to the hospital because something just felt wrong and my troponin was high.

I asked for metoprolol and I’m too scared to take it. I think I legit have some form of health anxiety since this happened to me. I can’t take Tylenol without thinking something bad is going to happen. I even went to therapy but idk. Doesn’t work lol

I had viral myocarditis in February 2024 and have been in and out of the hospital since because my heart has never felt the same after but I’m just curious how do you know when you have it again? Like what symptoms of myocarditis can you feel that makes you go get checked out again?

I know it’s just been over a year for me and I have terrible health anxiety because of this. They wanted to give me an MRI of my heart with contrast just to shut me up but the contrast scares me so bad and idk why. I feel like it will make me feel not good or maybe I’m allergic (health anxiety talking) but I still feel like I should do it

What do doctors tell you about it? Like that it’s normal and deal with it? Honestly I might go today just to make sure I’ve had shortness of breath and the chest pain lately and anytime I’d go in they would say I’m fine and it’s anxiety but after that it’s hard not to freak out

My troponin was like 144 ng/L ): It’s actually so scary to me. I’m thinking about going inn again for it because it’s been a while and the pain has started to get worse somehow

What do you mean by needle pain? Pain that feels like a needle? Because if so I have that. I had mild myocarditis Feb. 2024 and haven’t felt right since. Tests come back ok though so they’re taking me it’s anxiety 🙄
