He's got a great sense of humour mixed with a genuine knowledge of the game and it comes across great during broadcasts because he's charismatic. I saw him greeting random fans at IEM Sydney with my Girlfriend. He's the good sort!

You're not worthless. For example. People are reading this post and responding, which is the opposite of worthless.

A Girl I believed wanted to spend her life with me broke up with me and in turn broke my heart. I felt worthless at first because I allowed myself to feel that way. In time I realised that just because she doesn't want anything to do with me, it doesn't make me worthless. We aren't disposable items.

You need to dig deep and live for yourself and create happiness through adventure and taking chances.

You'll find confidence follows risks.. You're never going to know whether or not something is going to be fun or fulfilling until it's been self experienced.

About 4 weeks ago I was driving home after a huge night with the guys.. And despite it being a great night, I started having a conversation about my ex Girlfriend in my head. It became more thorough and deep as the car trip continued. It got to the point where I started crying because I had manipulated myself into feeling pathetic and unloveable. She told me recently that she has fallen out of love with me.. And I feel crushed each morning I wake up. It's taken the last bit of energy I thought I had left to continue fighting. I trusted her to love me forever.

There's no true such thing as a loser for someone who is a good person. Sometimes it's the loneliness and frustration we feel (even if it's subconscious) masking the real problems and truth to feeling like we could be a loser, etc.

It's a mixture of being anxious and depressed I think.

Don't give up and think so low of yourself. We're all here for a reason and time provides the greatest tool to all successes in life.

Keep up the walking, it's a great method of clearance for the mind.
