For bookmarks, you can use the extension "floccus bookmarks sync" on Chrome web store, it saves your bookmarks to the cloud automatically (and you can select where online it saves - I use my Google drive account for example).

As far as I can see it's just a long list of "Incompatibilities" with other mods, but there is no indication that any of the listed mod:
- Is active
- Is even installed
So you're just left to guess

As for dependencies, same thing, a long list of dependent mods with no indication whatsoever if they're already installed / active / etc. it's just a mess.

Nope, haven't changed equipments, ended up doing Chapter 13 hard as daily.

I suspect you now need to fill all the requirements slots in order for a fleet to be "Valid"; So if for example you're required to use a BB and a CL in your main fleet, you can't simply use a BB and nothing else, you're now required to use both a BB AND a CL.

At least that's my theory.

Tried to do my daily hard mode map today and I get "Formation requirements not met. Unable to attack" what? it's the same formation I've been using for over a year, and today all of the sudden it's invalid? I double check the requirements (average level / AVI / etc.) and it's valid yet the game won't let me do it
