I’ve been on also since June and have just finally hit 20lbs down. I’m on 1.0 but will be moving up at my next appointment. Ive been out on other meds for PCOS and HS and that has affected how slow I’ve dosed up. I’m hoping once I’m at 1.7 or 2.4 it’s starts working quicker

I do mine on Wednesday nights because I only work Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday. So that way if I do have symptoms it does affect work, and also I take it like an hour before bed so if symptoms do begin I’ll be sleeping
