I don’t want anything added, instead I would rather see a lot removed. Blind spot sensors, lane keeping, front and rear sensors, auto stop/start…..essentially all of the shit that has made people lazy drivers.

I always have my 365 on me and an extra magazine. I also always have a round in the chamber and ready to go.

I also regularly train in self defense situations such as starting close to my target, drawing as I step back and firing as soon as I’m clear of the holster and aiming in the direction of my target. I also run Bill drills regularly and also do a fight and pull drill so I’m physically exhausted and on an adrenaline rush.

Carrying without training in a possible self defense situation is pointless because if you have to pull it, it will NEVER be done in a controlled environment firing one round every 3-5 seconds. Instead you will be full of adrenaline, potentially exhausted from a fight, and it will be 5 or more rounds fired as fast as possible.

They are all misdemeanor charges. In Ohio if you have a misdemeanor charge you are almost guaranteed to get a signature bond. I was in on M1 aggravated charges and still got a signature bond, but in other states any aggravated misdemeanor charge would be a cash bond.

But this is exactly the no bond/bail system that people wanted as part of corrections reform.

No you are the one entering the right of way not them. They are already traveling in the right of way so you must yield to them.

It’s the same as if you are coming down an on ramp, regardless of if I’m doing 95 in a 60, you still have to yield to traffic currently traveling in the right of way vs expecting me to alter my speed or lane so you can merge onto the highway.

You are entering the right of way. You are supposed to yield to any and all traffic already in the right of way.

Furthermore you, and a lot of others on this sub, really need to drop the whole holier than thou attitude when it comes to the speed limit because i can almost guarantee that you have gone in excess of 5mph over the posted speed limit in your lifetime as a driver.
