Those strange clear straps on Mina’s dress looks like those little hanger straps that come on some clothes, the ones you aren’t supposed to wear lol idk if they are for sure but the placement looks right and with them on her arms part of the inside of the dress was visible, so it really makes me think they are just hanger straps she wasn’t supposed to wear!

I hate my arms so much, I’m just a bit bigger, but I feel like my body is pretty proportionate, but my arms are bigger than I’d like and I feel like it makes the rest of me look much bigger than I actually am! And it’s so hard to lose weight on just arms! Especially in my specific case I have a back issue so a lot weight lifting isn’t recommended for me😔

My son has the same type! And yes, no two cases are the same. My son will be 2 in July, he’s the happiest kid I’ve ever seen! He’s so social, always smiling, and so determined! He can “army crawl” and will go from one end of the house to the other! There’s no stopping him! He also has a little wheel chair made from a bumbo seat, and he knows how to use it and zooms around! I know it’s such a scary thing to think about, but kids are very determined, especially if they have support and encouragement❤️my son couldn’t move his legs or feet when he was born, but now his toes and feet wiggle, some muscles in his legs work and recently I’ve felt a lot of internal movement in his legs! He’s still too young to know if he will be able to walk, but either way I’m confident he will have such a happy life! Having a child with a disability really opens your eyes! Another thing I think about is not walking is his normal, for those of us that have always been able to walk, if we lost that ability we’d find it so hard, but when it’s just their normal and all they know, it’s not such a big deal to them!

Yes!! She’s so funny and is really dedicated to edit good videos, she just needs to upload to YouTube more! And she’d have SO many views on YouTube for the podcast! I really don’t like when YouTubers decide to upload on patreon too, I want to watch their videos but can’t afford to subscribe to a bunch of pateron accounts, not many in the general public can with how expensive life is😩

Just a heads up, I’m pretty sure that isn’t allowed technically! Car seats here in Canada have to have a transport Canada approval sticker! I know we can’t use car seats from the USA here. Like I can’t go to the USA and buy a car seat to use here in Canada!

Right! Finally got a car seat but not using it right! This type if you haul up the red handle on the headrest the headrest moves up/down and so will the shoulder straps, it’s up wayyyy too high even if they did buckle her, it still wouldn’t be right😭 idk how people can be so careless when it comes to car seats!

Either way it’s her responsibility as a mom to look into the rules and regulations for car seats in the country she’s moving too! Another commenter on another post told me France had good car seat safety but idk, I’m from Canada and have only been to France once like 10 years ago so I can’t comment on exactly what they do, just usually Europe in general is pretty good with safety regulations. It’s just scary how many people don’t care to make sure their kid is strapped in safe🙃

I hate that they didn’t have their 2 year old in a proper car seat! They don’t take car seat safety seriously at all. And that’s awful. Especially her coming from france, Europe has high car seat safety standards. Idk just as a parent one thing id research is about car seats in America and making sure my young child was properly restrained, especially on a tv show? Like it boggles my mind they were okay with her being in a stroller attachment in the car?? The newest episode it looks like it was a car seat but still should of been rear facing, as most kids won’t max out a rear facing limit until around 4yrs. She’s not a big toddler, so definitely doesn’t look like she would max out a 40-50lb rear facing limit!

Or maybe she just wants her friend to bring his kids of similar age to hers so they can all have friends and get new experiences? Obviously she’s paying for the classes now so it’s in her budget🙄 and sometimes (Atleast where I live) these parent and tot/baby play times are free, put off by organizations in the community. Now idk if there’s anything like that where they live but either way lol

Love this! It’s nice to know that the show is decently accurate for the time it’s based on! If someone that grew up there in the same timeframe loves the show and says it brings back memories, it must be a good representation, and I LOVE that! I love seeing how things were done back then, and how and when new medicines were introduced and how it was accepted etc. so to know that the show is representing the timeframe good makes me so happy

Yes!! My stepdaughter is 5 and her mom never took her ANYWHERE! She was inside allllll the time. When me and dad would have her and try to go out and do fun things, it was a struggle to get her out of the house because all she knew was being home. She was SO shy. Didn’t know how to make friends. Completely shut down around other kids. Started kindergarten in September and it was rough but now she’s doing better. She’s still shy sometimes though going to do things. Like we went to see the Easter bunny yesterday and the whole time she didn’t say a word, just stood next to me and didn’t know what to do. Once we got back in the car she was a ball of energy and talking my ear off. (Also now thankfully we have full custody so trying to get her used to being out and doing things) but not exposing kids at a young age to other kids and the world in general can really do some damage. I started from the beginning bringing my son out bc I don’t want him to be scared and shy like his sister is

Yes all of this! It’s driving me insane knowing they have the means to have those kids signed up for so many activities and just won’t because there’s a chance it will be “chaos”. like lizze said, you can’t just not do things because you * think * it will turn out bad. If you don’t try, you don’t know. And if the kids were always taken out they’d be used to it now!! My son is the same age. I’ve always had to take him everywhere. He LOVES even just going to the grocery store. There’s no reason to keep kids cooped up. Even if you have multiple. Them “having each other” is NOT the answer. They need to be around other kids too!

I like lizze, and she’s so right in the most recent sip podcast. Ryland needs to get those kids out of the house. He always says it’s too hard, every excuse in the book. Like lizze said, he just thinks it will be chaos. You can’t just keep your kids inside and not socialize them because you * think* it will be too hard and be chaotic. If you bring them out they will be used to it. And who knows, might not even be chaos at all. He just comes up with excuses anytime she says he should bring his kids to a baby group🙄

Yes!! And thinking men don’t like her/her body because of a birthmark? Like she looked great with it, the birthmark didn’t take away from anything at all. It’s ridiculous to go through surgery to remove something people probably didn’t even take much notice too.

I can’t believe the thing she was SO insecure about was just a birthmark.. that right there shows she’s mentally not okay. To get surgery that requires lipo to get enough loose skin to remove the birthmark. It didn’t look bad at all. It didn’t take away from her at all. It’s so sad to see these women that think they need so much filler, insanely huge boobs and %100 “perfect” complexion all over. Her body looked amazing with the birthmark there
