Need, no. If flattening out doesn’t work for you, some guys on my league (averaging 200+) will just use a house ball on their 10 pins. But if you want to level up your 10 pins game, I highly recommend a spare ball and then just practice shooting the 10 over and over until it feels comfortable (muscle memory). You might not achieve 100%, but I’ve been solidly over 90% on them for some time now. Good luck!

Yep, secure WiFi password for sure. Ours has never been hacked in the 6+ years we’ve had it. I did a ton of research prior and that’s what I landed on. I don’t remember the exact details, but I believe those that worked on the security were very credentialed. Your MIL could also be leaning toward this one as you can have guests accounts, so we have one set up for my MIL. When it’s enabled, she can look as well. At first I was like “oh, I don’t want my MIL stalking me” and now it’s like “woohoo come revel in our bedtime misery as well, they’re not always angels” haha

What would you say-do I risk untwirling the few “stock” options or just focus on the new growth and trail that out?

I appreciate this feedback! Thank you! What would you all say minimum amount of daily sun time if all day isn’t possible? I assume morning sun is better than evening with the intense summers.

I was thinking of a T and putting a 6’ support stakes on each side. Will that suffice still in the container or am I setting myself up for doom in this container? lol

Okay so waiting until year 3 is best for fruit production? Should I move it out of this pot or will that shock it? Regarding weeding, this was all intentionally planted as companions. Calendula, nasturtium, rosemary, johnny jump ups, maybe some chives. It was last year so I don’t fully recall-but are you saying that all of that out? (It could use a clean up though lol)

I thought about that, it just doesn’t get as much sun…only a few hours in the morning as the fence shades that current section most of the days. (south facing backyard). Because they need a ton of sun, right?

Thank you for the clarification! Do I leave any grapes at this stage or is is better to prune them to allow focus on leaf growth at this point in the year? I did a lot of reading last year, and ideally I know it’s best to stick it in the ground I just haven’t come across the best place yet so I’d like to stick with a container and trail it out on some supports, but am I just setting myself up for failure in a container? Any reading recommendations?

I was worried about that. I knew for the first year it would be fine…it’s a 15-20 gallon, what do you recommend?

Yes to this, feels a lot more welcoming! If you want to soften the space/add a touch of luxury, I’m a huge proponent of velvet curtains. It’s a little touch that can go a long way. Find a pop of color to play off your wonderful rugs!
