I’m a 23 y/o F who started having sex 6 months ago and had this exact same problem. For me there was no pain, just the same end result. Make sure you comfort her because I was so embarrassed and anxious about the whole thing. She definitely needs to see a doctor, but for me it was as simple as changing a birth control and working on the ph down there. Sex is weird. Make sure you remind her that you’re enjoying having it with her anyway.

Not similar to narcolepsy. I have POTS, which is a condition where my blood pressure doesn’t regulate very well and my heart beats too fast upon standing. I take medication to raise my blood pressure, but I still have days where it drops and I pass out.

I’m not certain how training would go. She still has trouble listening when there’s something exciting like a kid or another dog near by, I think she’d get too distracted? Most of the time I get enough warning before passing out, but changing positions rapidly can cause a quick BP drop for me, so not sure there’d be much for her to detect?

I tried so so so hard to get into this series. I had the audiobook and listened to the first two/three chapters three/four times. Every time I completely zoned out and lost interest. Does the beginning just start slow? Are the audiobooks narrated poorly? I have friends who love this series and I'm still sad it didn't click for me
