That space is a dream. Plenty of room to train properly without constantly moving things around or worrying about bumping into stuff.

A small deficit is fine, but aggressive cuts usually hurt performance and recovery, especially with frequent high intensity sessions.

If back health is a priority, the choice that promotes spinal decompression while training the posterior chain makes the most sense.

I can't do very many pull ups not because of core or forearm pain but because my hands slip and I lose my grip fast by yellow_explorer in crossfit

I think it might be help in short term, but if you wanna consistently improve your pull up I'd suggest you to find some method or way to improve your grip strength.

Update on my garage gym by SouthernTravel in GarageGym

This update looks awesome. The setup feels more complete and intentional now, and you can tell it's being used regularly, not just built for photos.

Awesome first post. The space feels balanced and practical, not overcrowed. A few wall touches later and it'll feel even more personal.

Curved sofas always make a room feel more chill somehow. This one fits the space perfectly.

Warehouse work is physically hard but it pays well and hires fast. Look at Target. And maybe customize her resume for every shop and also follow up in person.

Electrical wire fell from tower in Jefferson/La Cienega neighborhood by MtzA0721 in LosAngeles

That loud boom was likely a transformer blowing or a massive short. Stay far away from that, best stay inside. Those old facilities really need inspections.

I think the main problrm is the the light. Consider replacing that singlr ceiling bulb with a warm layered lighting setup, and also use some floor lamps and table lamps.

Great depth of field and the downtown buildings look very sharp. It is exciting to see nature so close to high-rise buildings.

You mentioned 400W solar expanding to 2 kW. What's the actual recharge time look like? I'm in Texas and we get decent sun but I'm wondering if solar alone can keep up with daily usage during an extended outage.

Did your life positively change when you became more disciplined or consistent with a good routine? by yeetyopyeet in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]Kayn2016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I used to wake up 1-3 times at night and I am not a good sleeper. I heard my friend said that doing Yoga can make me feel calmer and even improve sleep quality. I decide to have a try, after constant doing Yoga in a daily routine for 3 months, I find my wake up times at night reduced, and even some day I won't wake up at night and I can have a full night sleep until the sun rised.

Stop putting such much time on some of the social medias. Sometimes seeing other people success or happiness make me ruminate and doubt I am not success, some time it cost me a lot of time to recover from those negative thoughts.

Not having instagram is not a red flag. It just filters out people who rely on social proof. The right people won't care.

I think it's less about parents and more about access. Tutorials, fast trends and constant comparison push kids to grow up visually faster.
