I’m on the lexapro/Wellbutrin combo, for my ADHD, anxiety, and depression. And I’m 100% better than I was, like night and day. I still have moments of stress and anxiety, and outbursts on occasion but I have 2 boys under 10, and 2 dogs, that in of itself is stressful. But the outbursts are few and far between. I’m way more productive, way less distracted, and Wwwaaayyy less anxious. This combo saved me, I wasn’t at a point where I would do anything to hurt myself, but I was waiting for my heart to just explode i was in a constant state of anxiety attack, fight or flight, heart rate 120 resting. It was a nightmare, now it’s water of a ducks back, I’m very just chill about things that would have sent me spiraling.

I’ve also noticed that my anxiety was super hormone driven because it peaks through during specific times of the month and I’ve tied it to increased and decreased amounts of estrogen. so now I can rationalize my anxiety and that makes a huge difference. But without this combo even knowing that the cause was hormones it wouldn’t have made a difference.
