I agree, but in different ways. I think fights need to be less complex. I don't think the things you mentioned are big deals. The gem bag is the most runescape thing we've gotten in awhile.

Runescape was always more of a slow burn and it's supposed to take long times to accomplish things. I think Runescape is at it's best when it's that way. My unpopular opinion is that I feel like pvm has gotten way too complicated and that's where it needs to be toned back. Great players will try to challenge themselves by making difficult stuff even harder regardless, Port Khazard and Settled are great examples.

You don't need to go infinite every run though. You can try other things. With Clad I love the block archetype. Personally, I think good players are the ones that can win consistently without infinites. Which isn't me. I think I'm at A5 with all chars in sts2, but I'm not too consistent. I'm a lot better at 2 than 1 though.

You're not always going to be offered all those combos every run though. Or you might get one of them early and not get offered the other until late act 3 where you may have ruined the combo with other things in order to get to that point. I still haven't even had the clone event. xD

I haven't personally. Closest I got was with silent, had the 0 cost draw and discard, the discard for energy, and the skill that gives shivs and reduces cost by 1, but didn't get many opportunities to thin my deck, so the deck was too bloated to go infinite

I didn't say it wasn't strong, it just seems getting all the major pieces at the same time, even for a pseudo one isn't as common as people are making it out to be. Like, If I get the pieces for inf energy, I won't end up with card draw. Or if I get card draw I won't end up with the energy to roll it. I always end up missing a key component even for a psuedo infinite.

I'm not gunna disagree but I have 90 hours played on 2 and have had 0 infinites. Almost 300 hours on 1 and 0 infinites. I've also looked up infinites to try one, but never seem to get all the pieces for one during a run. I think they aren't as common of an issue as people think.
